11:11 commissioned a survey, undertaken by independent research organisation, Opinion Matters, in August 2020. The survey set out to explore the level of satisfaction with cloud services and service providers and the features that they offer.

501 CIOs/CTOs/CISOs from the US and the UK were asked about their views around security, performance, compliance, and overall how confident they felt about the cloud services they had invested in. The research found that senior IT leaders are by no means universally satisfied by their experience of cloud provision. A significant percentage report a lack of confidence in the critical features that the cloud is designed to deliver.
