11:11 supports all levels of SQL Server, Oracle, MYSQL, and PostgreSQL including those running under IaaS or PaaS. We strongly encourage all customers not running on supported release of databases to upgrade. 11:11 can assist with this upgrade.
11:11 supports the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of all of the database services.
11:11 will work closely with the client on all performance related issues. During our assessments of the client’s systems, we will proactively make recommendations to improve overall database performance.
11:11 has resources beyond database administration (DBA) to assist in resolving situations. For customers whose systems are managed by 11:11 this is part of our regular service. For customers who manage their own systems we can draw on systems, storage, and communications experts to assist in critical situations.
11:11 has three levels of database support. Basic, Advanced, and Premier. Basic is the most basic of services which covers alerting and response. Moving up to Advanced offers the client more services such as patching. Premier adds proactive services such as assessments/recommendations, HA/DR support, etc. Refer to the 11:11 Systems Service Grid for specifics.
Assessments are done on each server under Premier support. This reviews system and database settings that impact performance. We will also identify indexes that would be used if they existed and unused indexes. We can also report on long running processes so they may be reviewed for performance improvements.
