There was excitement in the 11:11 offices this week – and among our customers and partners – as we spread the news that, for the second year in a row, we’ve been named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery as a Service.

To achieve this accolade, we went through a rigorous evaluation during which Gartner reviewed many elements of our DRaaS solution, including overall strategy and vision, innovation roadmap, customer support and satisfaction, responsiveness to changing market needs, and the proven capabilities of our 11:11 DRaaS solutions to meet the increasing IT resiliency needs of a broad customer base. On 11:11, the Gartner 2017 DRaaS Magic Quadrant* report states:
“11:11 Systems has depth with respect to compliance credentials in both the U.S. and the U.K. And, 11:11 provides customers direct access to Level 2 technicians – every 11:11 engineer and support team member is certified for VMware, Cisco, Zerto, Veeam and/or DoubleTake. 11:11 has a sustainable approach with respect to product strategy and feature enhancements. 11:11 had solid customer survey satisfaction scores, and existing customers applauded support, the portal, and the underpinning Zerto-based solution.”
This leadership position for two consecutive years is rewarding to 11:11 Systems as a whole, but particularly to our customer support, engineering and product development teams. 11:11 has always had a focus on ensuring superior customer support – not only for our DRaaS solutions but all our services including IaaS and cloud backup. This support starts with our sales engagements and extends to a detailed and proven onboarding process and beyond to DR testing, managing failovers and optimizing the DRaaS solution.
The positive feedback we received on the “portal” – our cloud console that provides a single pane of glass interface for customers to manage their DR solution and perform many tasks from DR set up to failover testing to generating security reports and more – is testament to the DR product innovation that our development team is constantly focused on. And, the 11:11 DRaaS solutions are built on top of our Cloud IaaS platform with embedded advanced security features that ensure the DR failover location meets stringent security and compliance requirements. Added to that are our strong partnerships with Zerto and Veeam, which drive additional customer value with our shared focus on innovation in disaster recovery solutions.
