As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Emily Cole leads the global people strategy at 11:11 Systems. She oversees key HR functions that support 11:11’s growth as a leading managed infrastructure solutions provider.

With over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development, Emily specializes in M&A integration, talent strategy, and complex change management. She is deeply committed to building inclusive, high‑performing cultures, leveraging modern HR technology to enhance the overall employee experience.

Prior to her current role, Emily held progressive leadership positions at 11:11, where she was instrumental in scaling the global HR organization across multiple regions. Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Force Marketing, Academy Sports & Outdoors, and C&S Wholesale Grocers, where she guided large-scale organizational change, leadership development, and “Great Place to Work” certification efforts.

Emily holds dual degrees cum laude—a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Education—from Keene State College.

Julien Anguenot is the Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at 11:11 Systems. In this role, he leads a world-class team of software engineers and product designers responsible for building and maintaining the award-winning 11:11 Cloud Console—a fully API-extensible platform that powers 11:11’s comprehensive suite of cloud services, including Public and Hosted Private Cloud, Disaster Recovery, Backup, and Object Storage.

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, Julien’s career is defined by innovation, technical leadership, and a commitment to software craftsmanship. He has previously served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at multiple startups across Europe and the United States, where he specialized in technical architecture and hands-on software development.

A passionate advocate for open-source technologies, Julien has contributed to numerous projects and has spoken at prestigious industry events, including the WWW Conference, EuroPython, ApacheCon, and Cassandra Summit.

Julien holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the Faculty of Sciences at Université de Franche-Comté.

Jason Powell is the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure at 11:11 Systems, where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s infrastructure capabilities and ensure the delivery of robust and efficient services. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership roles, Jason has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading effective teams of engineers.

Before assuming his current position, Jason served as Senior Vice President of Cloud Operations at 11:11 Systems, overseeing the optimization of cloud services. Prior to joining 11:11 Systems, he held various leadership roles at Green Cloud Technologies, including Vice President of Cloud Operations and Executive Director of Partner Services.

Earlier in his career, Jason worked at connectivity service providers and ISPs, including BroadAspect, a connectivity provider in Northern Virginia.

Jason attended Virgina Commonwealth University.

Anthony Lobretto is the Senior Vice President of Connectivity at 11:11 Systems. His chief responsibilities include developing transformative strategies to drive the evolution of connectivity products and technology. His leadership experience includes optimizing quoting processes, managing costs for sustained profitability, orchestrating streamlined systems, and integrating new infrastructures following mergers and acquisitions. This role embodies Anthony’s commitment to shaping the future of connectivity, fostering innovation, and positioning 11:11 Systems as a trailblazer in the evolving landscape of cloud, connectivity, and security.

Prior to joining 11:11 Systems, Anthony oversaw multiple successful entrepreneurial ventures. He founded Static1, a managed services provider for the media and entertainment, financial services, and government sectors, establishing it as a trusted partner for complex, mission-critical networks.

Anthony also co-founded and served as VP of Technology Services at DBR360, contributing to its growth as a leading provider of public cloud and network services. Earlier in his career, he established HIT Solutions, a professional services company focused on robust networks for the financial services, media, and government industries.

Anthony studied Customer Experience at Seton Hall University and is a member of the Seton Hall Customer Experience Advisory Board.

As the Senior Vice President of Cost Management, Data Center Operations, and Engineering at 11:11 Systems, Haim Glickman oversees procurement and drives operational excellence initiatives across the company’s global data centers. With over 30 years of leadership experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry, Haim is recognized for his results-oriented approach and a strong track record of scaling revenue while improving operational efficiency.

Prior to joining 11:11 Systems, Haim served as the Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations at Sungard AS. He managed all facets of the IT organization, including IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, business systems, employee technology services, security, and IT analytics. Haim played a pivotal role in transforming Sungard AS’ recovery business, where he increased revenue from $200M to $1.6B by redefining the service portfolio.

Throughout his career, Haim has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies across diverse sectors, including finance, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, and retail, providing valuable expertise and insights.

Haim earned a B.S. from the University of Phoenix.

As the General Manager for the APAC region at 11:11 Systems, Marc spearheads innovation, organizational growth and operational excellence. Marc oversees sales, channel development, operations, support, and service delivery to facilitate regional growth.

With 20+ years of experience, Marc has built a reputation for blending technical expertise with a customer-first mindset. His career spans roles in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, product development, project and service delivery. This extensive background enables Marc to approach challenges from a holistic perspective ensuring that customer needs are met at every stage of their digital transformation. His commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions has been instrumental in driving regional growth and consistently exceeding client expectations.

Marc was previously the Vice President of Solutions Architecture at iland Cloud. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth and expanded its global footprint. Marc held senior leadership roles at Wipro Limited as Practice Partner for Cloud Consulting and at Advanced, where he served as Technical Director on the Managed Services Board. Marc began his IT career with foundational roles at Carnival UK, Axon Computer Systems Ltd, iiNet, and Specialist Business Systems.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Swinburne University of Technology.
