The deal is another step in 11:11’s pursuit of becoming the largest private VMware Cloud Service Provider partner
11:11 Systems has purchased Texas-based managed and professional IT services firm Ntirety as it aims to become one of the largest private VMware cloud service provider partners.
This comes as recent changes made by Broadcom to the VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) ecosystem have reportedly augmented the number of authorised VMware partners.
Ntirety’s takeover makes it 11:11’s sixth VMware-based business buyout over the past three years, following its purchases of iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services and Faction.
