HOUSTON, TX – 17 July 2018 – iland, the award-winning global secure cloud services provider, announced today that it has been named by Gartner Inc. as a Leader in the 2018 “Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery as a Service” for the third year in a row. In the Magic Quadrant for this market sector, Gartner analysts evaluated 10 service providers that offer Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision. In this year’s report, iland is positioned highest and furthest for its ability to execute and completeness of vision in the Leaders quadrant.
In the report, Gartner estimates DRaaS to currently be a $2.40 billion worldwide business currently that is expected to reach $3.73 billion by 2021. The report recommends, “Infrastructure and operations leaders should use this Magic Quadrant to help evaluate providers of DRaaS.”
