At 11:11 Systems we understand this simple truth:, our customers are the reason we do all the things we do, and they are reason we are constantly looking for ways to do them better.
On the third Thursday of every quarter, businesses around the world take a moment to celebrate their customers with “Get to Know Your Customers Day.” Thursday January 18th is our chance this quarter to celebrate our customers.
All of us in the technology world know the last few years have been full of opportunities, challenges and a little bit of everything in between. Developing and building long-term business relationships always make sense, even more so when you are not sure which way the wind is going to blow.
Celebrating Get to Know Your Customers Day is a chance for us at 11:11 to show how building strong relationships with our customers is what makes us, well us.
Getting to Know Our Customers, We Are in This Together
As a managed infrastructure provider 11:11 Systems cloud, connectivity, and security solutions are built to meet the challenges of our customers. By innovating around those three core pillars, our goal is to empower customers to “Rethink Connected.” Our goal for our customer is their applications and data are always running, accessible, and protected.
As we talk to our customers, we know that it is sometimes easier said than done. Digital transformation and cloud adoption continue to drive business growth, but adopting new technologies has an impact — both big and small. Disasters, natural and man-made, have attempted to derail data and applications alike.
Our customers face these challenges as part of the regular course of doing business, and they have made it clear they place a premium on having a business relationship that goes beyond just meeting a service-level agreement (SLA). As we celebrate our customers this quarter, we want to share some examples that highlight the value of a strong customer relationship.
