In honor of national “Get to Know Your Customers Day,” 11:11 Systems celebrates its many wonderful customers and their stories.
The most crucial ingredient to success in business is not sales, accounting, product development, excellent blog writing, or even (*whispers*) the C-suite. All of those are necessary, to be sure. But it’s the customers that, ultimately, keep the lights on!
That is why, on the third Thursday of every quarter, businesses around the world take a moment to celebrate their customers with “Get to Know Your Customers Day.” (At least the successful ones do, anyway *wink, wink*). And today, Oct. 20, is one of those days!
At 11:11 Systems, we understand that without our customers we’d be, well, nowhere. They are, quite literally, why we do what we do. Therefore we consistently strive to develop and nurture healthy, long-term customer relationships — and not simply for our own benefit, but for the success of our customers, as well.
When you’re in the technology business, as we are at 11:11, there is simply no room for a laissez-faire approach to customer relations and support. It’s an industry marked by too much change and far too many challenges for that, especially today. To do this successfully, however, you must start from a place of common understanding, trust, and regular engagement.
This, we believe, is the spirit of Get to Know Your Customers Day.
Getting to Know Our Customers, and the Importance of Support
If you don’t already know, 11:11 Systems is all about cloud, connectivity, and security. By innovating around those three core pillars, our goal is to empower customers and partners to “Rethink Connected.” Basically, we believe in a world where all of our customers’ applications and data are always running, accessible, and protected.
That, of course, is easier said than done. From the rise in cloud adoption (good!) and cybercrime (bad!) to supply chain delays and the drastic shift to remote work in the wake of the pandemic, our industry is in a near constant state of evolution. As a result, we must make it our business (pun intended) to be keenly aware of the inevitable growing pains and challenges our customers are facing.
We also know that each and every customer is unique. When it comes to cloud, for example, no two organizations are starting from exactly the same place, nor do they have the same requirements for success. This is why we designed our cloud to be flexible and scalable with dedicated account management, support, and compliance teams available around the clock to answer questions and tackle challenges, should they arise.
And, boy, do they arise. Regardless of what those challenges are — and there are many — we pride ourselves on knowing our customers, their needs, and how to best support them, no matter what may come. This begins with a commitment to innovation, support, and shared trust.
This Get to Know Your Customers Day, we wanted to highlight a few customers whose stories illustrate that ideal dynamic. To read any and all of our customer stories, check out the entire catalog in the 11:11 Resource Center.
Without any further ado, happy Get to Know Your Customers Day to these and all our special customers!
“11:11 Systems just blows everyone away. I don’t know what they do, but there’s some sort of magic going on in the background that keeps costs down and the quality up. From my point of view, 11:11 Cloud Backup met all the criteria we had in mind for an enterprise-level, scalable solution.” — Brad Candy, Head of IT at LUSH Digital
“From the beginning, it was our goal to ensure that all of our mission-critical applications would be securely stored offsite in case of a major disaster. As the person in charge of making that decision, it was especially important to me that we did our due diligence and found the right vendor to meet our specific needs. We ended up doing a pretty thorough market analysis, which is where 11:11 Systems entered the picture.” — Josh Greisen, Director of IT Operations
“(After learning of an attack) Everyone’s initial thought is, ‘We are doomed.’ If attackers can infect organisations like the Pentagon and the CIA, then what is Oceanscan? Nothing. When disasters like this happen, it’s the responsibility of the head of IT — my responsibility — to steer us out of it. That’s what I get paid to do. It’s a lot of pressure, a lot to take on … I cannot stress this enough: We are where we are thanks to the technology and, perhaps most importantly, the people over at 11:11 Systems. There’s a lot that has to happen in the wake of an attack like this. It’s a tough time. But the 11:11 support team immediately answered our call and we were in a position to recover with just the click of a button.” —- Sukumar Panchanathan, IT Manager at Oceanscan
“11:11 Systems allows us to focus on our business rather than on our IT infrastructure and we are not just a number to 11:11, but rather a true partner. It just works and I trust it.” — Martin Salazar, System Administrator at Amsterdam Ambulance
“We did a lot of due diligence — speaking with other customers and our reps at Veeam. In those conversations, 11:11 seemed tried and true. It was a big player in the space and also offered 11:11 DRaaS as a future option, whereas other vendors did not. The tech world is huge and immensely complicated. Yet there’s this illusion that we all, somehow or another, understand every part of it. But we don’t. We wanted to leverage the expertise of a vendor like 11:11 that has specialized in this space and knows what it’s doing … 11:11 delivers everything it promises — there’s really nothing better I can say. We’ve been very, very happy with the results. I sleep better at night knowing that if we ever get hit with ransomware, we’ve got the right offsite backup solution in place.” — Bill Schneller, Director of IT at Geffen Mesher
Trinity Fire & Security Systems
“11:11 Systems allows us to focus on our business rather than on our IT infrastructure. They listened to our needs and delivered on our requirements … 11:11 does it all and now my team can focus on managing our IT projects and simply add or reduce cloud resources as the business requires. The need for flexibility, agility, security, and scalability is satisfied with the 11:11 Secure Cloud.” — Lee Angell, IT Director at Trinity Fire & Security Systems
“Our company is in the business of behavioral health. We’re not a data center company. We’re not a telecom company. We’re not an Infrastructure as a Service provider. So, why not go get services from a company that does this for a living? …If you’re looking for a partner that can provide you with an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform that has high availability at a reasonable cost with the flexibility and ability to adapt to any of your changing business, 11:11 Systems is a phenomenal choice.” — Lawrence Bilker, CIO at Pyramid Healthcare
