When it comes to driving directions, it is easy to become dependent on a navigation system, especially when you are in an unfamiliar area. Unfortunately, when you run into one of those pesky locations that still don’t have wireless coverage you can quickly find yourself without much of an idea of where to turn next. Managing network infrastructure shouldn’t feel like navigating in the dark. That’s why we are excited to introduce new network monitoring features in the 11:11 Console for our Network as a Service (NaaS) solutions, designed to transform how network customers monitor their critical infrastructure.
The 11:11 Console is your central hub for managing all your cloud services. From here, you can easily access and control your Public and Hosted Private Cloud environments, Disaster Recovery solutions, Backup services, and Object Storage—all from one convenient location.
These new NaaS monitoring enhancements to the 11:11 Console bring real-time and historical directly into the console, providing both clarity and insight into network performance and availability. Additionally, the integrated ticketing capabilities streamline incident management, and proactive alerting to stay ahead of network issues or accelerate time to resolution. Whether you’re tracking down intermittent connectivity issues or planning capacity upgrades, the insights you need are now right at your fingertips.
Enhanced Value for Managed Network Clients
A common challenge faced by most organizations is the ability to properly monitor their network and infrastructure across numerous platforms. By consolidating device health information within the familiar 11:11 Console environment, we’re are streamlining the ability to monitor your network through a single console, eliminating the need to jump between different monitoring tools.
The 11:11 integrated approach provides instant advantages for our managed network clients. You can now view comprehensive device health metrics, performance statistics, and historical trends all from one centralized dashboard.
As part of this monitoring integration into the 11:11 Console, you will have two tiers of monitoring services.
The two available tiers:
- Basic Monitoring: Provides console visibility and up/down ICMP monitoring with SLA’d notification response
- Advanced Monitoring: Includes everything in Basic plus advanced performance and health monitoring via SNMPv3
This new offering helps bridge the gap between your existing network infrastructure and 11:11-managed devices, creating a truly unified monitoring experience. This will also allow customers to add their non-11:11 managed devices into the console as well, extending visibility across their entire network estate
Console Features and Capabilities
The 11:11 Console offers a variety of dynamic views designed for quick evaluations as well as detailed analyses. The dashboard overview provides an at-a-glance summary of your entire network health, showing device counts by status (healthy, warning, critical) and organizing devices by location. With streamlined incident management with integrated ticketing and proactive alerting, tickets are automatically generated and assigned for rapid response and real-time tracking. Customizable alerts detect issues early, prioritize by severity, and ensure quick resolution for improved efficiency
Device-specific views offer comprehensive insights including CPU and memory utilization, interface lists, BGP peer status, and active connection counts. You can drill down into individual interfaces to examine throughput patterns, error rates, and configuration details.
Historical data spanning one year enables trend analysis and capacity planning. The system captures min/max/average statistics and 95th percentile data points, giving you the metrics needed for informed decision-making.
Currently supported device types include:
- Fortinet Firewalls (With or Without SDWAN)
- Fortinet Switches
- Fortinet Wireless Aps
- Cisco Routers
- Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Cisco Switches
- Meraki Firewalls
- NIDs (Ciena, RAD, Juniper)
- Meraki Wireless Aps
- Juniper Switches
- VyOS Universal Router
Export functionality allows you to extract monitoring data for further analysis or integration with your existing tools. The platform also includes customizable alert filtering, letting you focus on critical events while maintaining access to informational alerts when needed.
