Mark Shalhoub is the Chief Financial Officer for 11:11 Systems, Inc. Mark oversees all aspects of the company’s global finance function, including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Assurance, Shared Services and Accounts Payable, M&A, and Investor Relations. Prior to joining the company, Mark spent over 10 years in management and leadership positions at premiere hedge funds, including Citadel Global Equities and SAC Capital Advisors (now known as Point72 Asset Management). During that period, Mark was responsible for managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios of public equity investments in the industrial sector. Earlier in his career, Mark served as Vice President of Investment Banking at Citi Global Markets where he specialized in M&A advisory and capital raising for corporate clients as well as financial sponsors. He also spent over four years at Monitor Group, a management consulting firm in Boston that is now owned by Deloitte, where he oversaw strategic and operational improvement projects for Fortune 500 Clients. Mark received a B.S. in Foreign Service cum laude from Georgetown University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
