EXECUTIVE TEAM

Brett Diamond is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 11:11 Systems, Inc. Brett created 11:11 Systems to provide the market with a single, managed infrastructure platform that could address customers’ cloud, connectivity, and security needs. He has over 25 years of telecommunications operations, management, and M&A experience.

Before founding 11:11 Systems, Brett was the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of telecommunications provider, Hudson Fiber Network (HFN). After spearheading a partnership with private equity sponsor Tiger Infrastructure Partners in 2014, he led the company’s successful sale to ExteNet Systems in August of 2018, where he continued to act as a Senior Consultant with the company until 2020.

Prior to HFN, Brett was the Co-Founder and President of Interactive Telecom Solutions (ITS), a telecom brokerage and consulting firm. He also sits on the Board of Directors for AQUABLUE Networks, a communications provider headquartered in Ramsey, New Jersey.

Brett holds a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University at the McDonough School of Business.

Mark Shalhoub is the Chief Financial Officer for 11:11 Systems, Inc. Mark oversees all aspects of the company’s global finance function, including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Assurance, Shared Services and Accounts Payable, M&A, and Investor Relations.

Prior to joining the company, Mark spent over 10 years in management and leadership positions at premiere hedge funds, including Citadel Global Equities and SAC Capital Advisors (now known as Point72 Asset Management). During that period, Mark was responsible for managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios of public equity investments in the industrial sector.

Earlier in his career, Mark served as Vice President of Investment Banking at Citi Global Markets where he specialized in M&A advisory and capital raising for corporate clients as well as financial sponsors. He also spent over four years at Monitor Group, a management consulting firm in Boston that is now owned by Deloitte, where he oversaw strategic and operational improvement projects for Fortune 500 Clients.

Mark received a B.S. in Foreign Service, cum laude, from Georgetown University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Justin Giardina serves as 11:11 Systems’ Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for driving 11:11 Systems’ solution innovation agenda along with key aspects of 11:11’s global strategy, and research and development. Justin brings more than 25 years of experience in datacenter and network operations to this role.

Justin was previously Chief Technology Officer for iland, which established itself as a global leader in cloud services offering market-driven, analyst-approved public, private, and hybrid cloud solutions for production applications, virtual desktops, and lab environments as well as business continuity and disaster recovery solutions for SMB to enterprise-level customers. He and his team managed an aggressive roadmap garnering iland recognition in many key analyst reports including achieving “Leader” status in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery for four consecutive years.

Justin is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and serves on technical advisory boards for industry leading organizations including VMware (now Broadcomm), Zerto, Cisco, Cohesity, HPE, and Veeam, and speaks regularly at industry conferences. Prior to joining iland, Justin led network engineering and system administration teams for companies in the consulting and petrochemical industries.

Justin volunteers as a systems administrator for several Open Source Community projects and is a graduate of the University of New Orleans.

Lindsay Brosowske serves as 11:11 Systems’ Chief People Officer. Lindsay oversees 11:11’s corporate policy development, recruiting, compensation, benefits, ESG, employer branding, and learning and development as well as manages 11:11’s offices globally. Lindsay also facilitates 11:11’s culture committee, which is a critical employee-led organization that works to define and enhance 11:11’s corporate ethos as well as gather employee feedback, influence policy and improve communication and collaboration across the organization.

In her previous role as Vice President of Human Resources for iland (now 11:11 Systems), Lindsay spent nearly 15 years working closely with iland’s co-founders to build iland from startup to growth mode. Lindsay began her long tenure at iland as a global account manager and also spent time in customer relations, which provided valuable insights into the business before transitioning to build the human resources function at iland from the ground up.

Lindsay holds a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA from Murray State University.

Dante Orsini serves as 11:11 Systems’ Chief Revenue Officer. An industry veteran, he brings more than 25 years of experience and is responsible for 11:11’s revenue-generating teams including direct and channel sales, solutions architecture, enablement, alliances and sales operations.

Dante previously served in leadership positions at 11:11 and iland, where he made significant contributions as Chief Strategy officer at 11:11 Systems and the Senior Vice President of Business Development for iland. Under his guidance, 11:11 received the CRN’s Partner Program (Five-Star rating) for eight consecutive years, the Veeam Impact Partner of the Year award for six consecutive years, the Zerto Cloud Service Partner of the Year for four years, the HPE Global Service Provider in 2024, the HPE North America Partner of the Year in 2023 and the Cohesity Global Service Provider Partner of the Year in 2022.

At iland, as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Dante oversaw the global direction and execution of iland’s strategic and channel partnerships and was responsible for designing the company’s robust global, partner ecosystem from the ground up. Dante was also instrumental in helping iland to achieve “Leader” status in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery as a Service from 2016 through 2019, the year the report was retired.

Dante holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University.

As the Chief Marketing Officer for 11:11 Systems, Jennifer Brenner is directly responsible for the global marketing organization and strategy. Jennifer oversees 11:11’s corporate brand identity as well as manages all aspects of 11:11’s creative, product marketing, corporate marketing, communications, digital, field, channel, events, and customer marketing including direct responsibility for lead generation.

With over 25 years of marketing and communications experience, Jennifer has spent over 15 years at the executive level including time spent as a Vice President at Dell Technologies, where she served on the Dell Communications Leadership team and represented her division in the communications aspects of the Dell/EMC merger, one of the largest technology acquisitions in history. Jennifer also played a key role in managing public relations at BMC Software including managing media relations for BMC’s CEO and directing communications for BMC’s quarterly earnings statements while the company was public.

Jennifer’s background spans the technology gamut as she has marketed solutions in cloud and infrastructure as well as middleware and end-user software. Earlier in her career, she also worked as a journalist where she published or placed over 1,000 articles.

Jennifer holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University.

Keith Coker is the Chief Operating Officer of 11:11 Systems, Inc. Keith is responsible for managing 11:11’s business operations, service delivery, customer experience, compliance, procurement, and legal functions.

Keith joined 11:11 Systems through the 2021 acquisition of Green Cloud Defense, where he served as the CEO and co-founder and has over 25 years of experience as a technology leader in the telecom, wireless, cloud, and security sectors.

Prior to Green Cloud Technology, Keith served as the Chief Technology Officer at two telecommunications organizations, HiBeam Internet and Voice and Nuvox, where the company grew from a startup to over $500M in revenues. Keith’s experience at NuVox led to the development of some of the first “managed” services, including Firewall, Unified Messaging, Data Backup, and Managed MPLS.

Keith holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from Auburn University and an M.S. in Electrical and Optical Engineering from the University of Arizona, where he specialized in Dense Wave Division Multiplexing.

As the Chief eXperience Officer (CXO), Kaushik leads global Service Management and Consulting teams dedicated to delivering exceptional customer outcomes across cloud, connectivity, and resiliency solutions. A champion of customer advocacy and operational excellence, Kaushik has been instrumental in elevating service delivery standards, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and significantly reducing churn.

Under his leadership, 11:11 Systems has transformed into a service-differentiated organization known for its high-touch engagement and customer-first philosophy. He pioneered the Elite Customer Program, a strategic initiative focused on deepening executive relationships, enhancing value delivery, and aligning more closely with customer goals to drive mutual success.

Kaushik brings over 25 years of experience in driving transformational change across complex, global organizations. Before joining 11:11 Systems through its acquisition of Sungard Availability Services’ (“SGAS”) Cloud and Recovery businesses, he served as SVP & GM of Recovery Services at SGAS. There, he led a full-scale modernization of the business, repositioning it as a recognized industry leader through digital innovation, organizational redesign, and a relentless focus on delivery excellence.

He has also held senior leadership roles at Lumen, Verizon, Tata Consultancy Services, and Capgemini, where he consistently built high-performing teams and led successful turnarounds, new market entries, and large-scale consulting-led engagements. Across roles, Kaushik has been known for instilling a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement while aligning technology with strategic business outcomes.

Kaushik holds an M.S. in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University. He is a recipient of multiple industry awards and holds two U.S. patents related to recovery automation and orchestration.

As the Chief Information Officer at 11:11 Systems, Jon Pratt is responsible for leading Corporate IT and the technical operations organization including service delivery, technical support, managed services, network and security operations centers, infrastructure and datacenter operations.

Jon joined iland (now 11:11 Systems) in 2020 and brings a wealth of technical management experience including time spent in multiple leadership roles in infrastructure and security. Earlier in his career, Jon held numerous engineering roles with managed service providers.

Jon was also an 11:11 customer in several of his former positions and thus brings a customer’s point of view, which he employs to help improve customer service strategy.

Jon earned a B.S. from Arizona State University.

As the Chief Sales Officer for 11:11 Systems, Kerry Sabo leads the global sales and solutions architecture teams and shapes the company’s go-to-market strategy. With over 15 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, Kerry has established a reputation for driving high-performing teams, delivering sustainable revenue growth, and cultivating strong customer relationships in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Prior to joining 11:11, Kerry served as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales for iland, where he consistently outperformed sales targets and led initiatives that significantly increased company revenues, while also strengthening the business’s market presence. His hands-on approach to customer-centric sales and strategic partnerships has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of businesses transitioning to cloud-based, managed services models.

Kerry holds a B.S. from Penn State University.

As the EVP of Global Connectivity GTM of 11:11 Systems, Inc, Jeff drives innovation and growth for the company’s connectivity solutions with new and existing customers as well as through the AWS Marketplace. With over 25+ years of experience in the connectivity and telecom industry, Jeff is a recognized leader with a passion for driving business growth through operational excellence. 

Prior to joining 11:11 Systems, Jeff served as Vice President of ISP for ExteNet Systems where he oversaw the lit network including DWDM, Lit Wave, Ethernet, Private Network, Cloud, and IP connectivity as well as metro dark fiber deployments. Jeff is a subject matter expert on Optical Engineering and Design, Fiber, Low Latency Networks, WANs and Dark Fiber Infrastructure. 

He began his voice and data career with Business Communications Management (now BCMOne) as a Sales Consultant and Channel Sales Manager. He later moved to Hudson Fiber Network (HFN) where he ran all operations for over 10 years, from the point of startup through the acquisition of HFN by ExteNet Systems in 2018.
